This spell triggers when a new HubSpot contact is created. It researches the lead, qualifies them based on certain criteria, then updates the CRM and sends a Slack message if they are qualified.

How it works

  1. Researches the lead based on their name and email. It will attempt to find their current employer, position, and other relevant info for qualification.
  2. Qualifies the lead based on the research report and specific company criteria you enter.
  3. If the lead is qualified, a Slack message is sent (eg. to your sales team).
  4. If the lead is not qualified or unknown, the values are displayed and no action is taken.

Tips

This is only a basic flow, but you can extend it from here! Here are some ideas:

  1. If a lead is qualified, you may want to attach a tag to them in your CRM or draft an email.
  2. If the lead isn't qualified, you may want to draft a personalized welcome email to them.
  3. If you use a different CRM, such as Salesforce, simply update the trigger in the Start step.
