This spell makes a phone call to a new user asking them about why they signed up, where they came from, and when a good time to schedule a product demo would be. It then parses the date/time for the product demo and either schedules it automatically or sends a recap email.
We added the call script as an input to show you what it looks like, but you can type yours directly into the Bland Call Number step so you don't need to type it in each time.
WHAT IT DOES:
- Calls the user to ask questions and schedule a product demo
- Parses the date/time for the product demo
- Either sends a recap email asking for a good time for the demo, or schedules it automatically if confirmed on the call
SET UP:
- Connect your Bland, Google Calendar, and Gmail accounts and configure those steps
- Move the call script to the Bland step instead of an input on the Start step.
TIPS:
- This is only a basic flow, but you can extend it from here. You may want to always send a recap email, or add a contact. You could also trigger this spell to happen whenever a user signs up, a new contact is added to your CRM, or something else!
- Don't forget to write your own call script! They can be simple like the example, or you can make them more complex. Play around with the Bland step's options to get the right voice and conversation flow that resonates with your users.
