This simple spell teaches you how to work with files. We upload a document, and enter a question, and ask AI to answer the question. In the example, we analyze Respell's SOC2 report - it's a 60 page document, so having AI read it for us can save quite a bit of time.
Respell supports most file types found in workspaces: documents, spreadsheets, audio files, videos, and images. We have steps to convert between them, extract text, and work with them in different ways. This spell shows you how to work with documents, but you should take a look at the "Files" category in the step sidebar to see what else we can do!
HOW IT WORKS:
- Upload a file and enter a question to ask about that file.
- We extract the document's text contents using the Document to Text step.
- We pass the question and the document's contents to Generate Text to answer the question.
