This spell triggers when a new HubSpot contact is created. It researches the lead, qualifies them based on certain criteria, then updates the CRM and sends a Slack message if they are qualified.
How it works
- Researches the lead based on their name and email. It will attempt to find their current employer, position, and other relevant info for qualification.
- Qualifies the lead based on the research report and specific company criteria you enter.
- If the lead is qualified, a Slack message is sent (eg. to your sales team).
- If the lead is not qualified or unknown, the values are displayed and no action is taken.
Tips
This is only a basic flow, but you can extend it from here! Here are some ideas:
- If a lead is qualified, you may want to attach a tag to them in your CRM or draft an email.
- If the lead isn't qualified, you may want to draft a personalized welcome email to them.
- If you use a different CRM, such as Salesforce, simply update the trigger in the Start step.
